Our Privacy Commitments
At spnph, your personal data is handled with the same care we apply to your gaming security. Here are the six principles that define our approach to privacy.
Data Security First
All personal data collected by spnph is stored using industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel only, in line with PAGCOR's data protection requirements for licensed operators.
Collected Only What's Needed
spnph collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with PAGCOR's KYC obligations, and provide you with a safe, personalized gaming experience. We do not collect unnecessary data.
No Sale of Personal Data
spnph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Your information is never used as a commercial commodity. Third-party disclosures are limited strictly to service providers who assist in platform operations and to regulatory bodies as required by law.
Your Rights Are Respected
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have rights to access, correct, object to, and erase your personal data. spnph provides clear channels for exercising these rights, and we respond to all valid requests within statutory timeframes.
Transparent Communication
This Privacy Policy is written in plain, accessible English so that every Filipino player can understand how their data is handled. We avoid vague legal language wherever possible — if you have questions about any part of this policy, our support team is here to explain it clearly.
Regulatory Compliance
spnph's data handling practices comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, PAGCOR's player data requirements, and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We cooperate fully with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as required.
Your Privacy Matters: spnph respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and all applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements. Please read this policy in full. If you have questions, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

11. Your Data Privacy Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by spnph. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Privacy Rights Request".
spnph will respond to valid data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, consistent with the timeframes required under R.A. 10173. Some requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
12. Minors & Age Restriction
spnph is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online casino gaming in the Philippines. spnph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
During account registration and KYC verification, spnph verifies the age of all applicants using government-issued identification. Where spnph discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, access will be blocked, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has registered an account on spnph, they are encouraged to contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be closed and appropriate action taken.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
spnph's primary data storage and processing infrastructure is located within or operated to serve the Philippine market. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or accessible by entities in other jurisdictions, specifically in connection with game software providers and technical infrastructure services.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, spnph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data processing agreements — to provide a level of protection substantially equivalent to that required under R.A. 10173. Such transfers occur only where necessary and are limited to the minimum data required for the stated purpose.
14. Amendments to This Policy
spnph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file and through a prominent notice on the spnph platform, with a minimum advance notice period of fourteen (14) days before the amended policy takes effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law.
The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of spnph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
